Proof Point library

I’ve created asset libraries from the ground up, organizing content in a way that makes sense to teams across departments.

Knowing how to organize assets is paramount, because if a shoot only goes on to produce one video it’s terrible ROI. I proactively identify how to leverage multiple use cases, turning two days into content that can be leveraged for months.

I fully understand how vital it is to proactively store these assets in a way that is easily accessible to cross-functional team members, and work with them to ensure the system we build works for everybody.

Production

I have run video productions from ideation to delivery ranging from $3 - $250K, giving me expert knowledge on what it takes to create exceptional work at any scale.

I proactively plan out ways to leverage shoots ahead of time to ensure nothing usable is missed, and that PPE is properly in use site-wide.

Digital Management

I oversaw the agency creation of both stacywitbeck.com and modrailsystems.com, and performed regular content updates with monitored performance metrics.

This included working with BD to identify which projects we wanted to feature, as well as pushing content on new verticals and updating when key milestones were met.

For larger development initiatives I would oversee both IT vendors and the agency.

Social media

While I know I wouldn’t be running the social media accounts, I have a great understanding of what does and doesn’t work in this space, and how to constantly build a library for the social media team to leverage.

Overseeing socials was one of my tasks at Stacy Witbeck, and I organically doubled their following on Linkedin, primarily by elevating the standard of content that was posted.

Marketing Asset Library

While not part of the job listing, I’m also well versed in creating completed marketing materials for BD and regional teams to use on an as needed basis. This helps ensure all materials are professional and completely vetted with an eye for detail.

My agency background taught me how to get designers and writers to work in sync, collaborating to leverage each of their skillsets to deliver promotional materials that draw people in.
